Canadian National 2-8-2 awaits departure from East Stroudsburg. She is positioned behind the three RS3s. Rumor#has it that the diesels were left in front of the steamer until they arrived at Tobyhanna for runbys to discourge chasers. The only problem with that plan is more people were interested in the RS3s than the 2-8-2

Devils Hole - One of my favorite plac
Description:
es!Up grade toward Pocono Summit, the passenger special rounds the curve and is about to cross Devils Hole Road, in the middle of a reverse curve. This area was wiped out by a hurricane in 1955 when a wall of water crashed down the hill taking everything in its path.
